Build with AI Webinar Series for Educators

We're excited to welcome Base44 as a new partner in the 10th edition of Meet and Code! Together, we're bringing educators, facilitators, and youth practitioners two hands-on webinars exploring AI-powered creation.

What if your students could build their own apps — simply by describing their idea? Through this partnership, you'll discover vibe coding — an approach where young people use natural language to build real digital tools. No programming knowledge needed. No technical barriers. You'll see how an idea can become a working prototype in minutes.

Join us and find out how to bring creative, AI-powered making into your workshop.

What if young people could turn their ideas into real digital tools, simply by describing them?

In this interactive webinar, educators and facilitators will be introduced to vibe coding, a new approach to creation where learners use natural language to guide AI in building apps and digital experiences. Using Base44, we’ll demonstrate how ideas can move from concept to working prototype in minutes.

Participants will experience a live build, explore real examples of youth-driven projects, and see how this approach can be applied across subjects, age groups, and learning environments. Whether in a classroom, workshop, or community program, this session will show how AI can make coding moreaccessible, creative, and relevant for all learners.

No technical background required—just curiosity and a willingness to imagine what’s possible.

Session Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the concept of vibe coding and how AI can be used as a creative tool for building digital applications.

  • Identify ways young learners can use AI to design and build simple digital tools, regardless of prior coding experience.

  • Observe and interpret a live app-building workflow, from idea to prompt to working prototype.

  • Recognize opportunities to introduce AI-powered creation into their own learning environments, including classrooms, workshops, and community programs.

How do you move from inspiration to real implementation with young learners?

This hands-on session is designed to help educators and facilitators bring AI-powered creation into their own learning environments. Building on the concepts introduced in the first workshop, participants will learn a simple, flexible framework for guiding youth from idea to prototype using Base44.

Through practical examples and guided activities, we’ll explore how learners can identify problems, design solutions, and build meaningful digital tools—whether in a single session or as part of a longer experience. Participants will also see how to support learners in developing clear prompts, structured thinking, and creative confidence.

The focus is not on teaching programming, but on enabling young people to create with technology — and to see their ideas come to life.

Session Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Apply a simple, structured framework to guide young learners from idea to functional prototype.

  • Support learners in articulating clear prompts, including defining purpose, audience, and core functionality.

  • Design a short, age-appropriate build activity that can be implemented in a classroom, workshop, or informal learning setting.

  • Identify strategies to facilitate creative, student-centered learning experiences using AI tools like Base44.
